One to one Psychotherapy sessions:

All my work is online, my e-counselling practice means I can work with you remotely, anywhere in the UK, via telephone or online.

I offer a free 30 minute online meet and greet session and if you wanted to continue, either weekly or bi-weekly (sessions are open ended):

My fee is £60 per 50 minute session.

 

One off QB Check (ADHD Pre assessment) and letter to GP (if needed):

I offer one off (online) sessions that include a QB (Quantitative Behavioural) test to check for ADHD symptoms using sophisticated state of the art technology.

My fee is £130 (which includes the cost of the QB test itself which is £70) and the session lasts around 1.5 hours and includes a letter to the GP / school / college where required.  Letters can be very helpful in getting the right conditions to support your child in a learning environment where they may struggle to focus and their anxiety is heightened.  I also offer supportive hints and tips to manage ADHD symptoms that do not require medication.
